Hey

I would love for you to explain how the terrorist attacks and the sub-prime crisis are related to Pluto in Sagittarius.. If anything, we'll see more Pluto in Capricorn..

PS Pluto is disruptive/transformational in transit when it closely activates a natal chart planet or point or another transiting planet. Sagittarius in Vedic Mundane Astrology = commerce, airways, foreign affairs, military matters, banks, banking, legal matters, publishing, and also ideological motivations as in terrorism, etc. Capricorn = government, politicians, farming, police, borders between nations, business in general , corporations etc. Vedic Astrology also emphasizes the house placements so in the U.S. Kelleher chart, the First House was emphasized when Pluto transited in Sagittarius, and the Second is emphasized now as Pluto transits in Capricorn. First House = the nation as a whole, the macrocosm of the whole chart, the people of the nation, domestic matters, national objectives, public health, the leader, and the general conditions of the country. Second House = financial condition of the nation, its revenues, wealth, material prosperity, banks, treasury, GNP, taxation, investments, currency fluctuations, reversals of fortune, stocks, etc.

9/11 occurred while Pluto transited in sidereal Scorpio in the U.S. Kelleher chart 12th house (which rules secret enemies, loss, doom, plots and hidden agendas, etc.) opposite natal Uranus (shocking events) and transiting Saturn (national calamities) in the 6th house (war and attacks). The evil planets Mars and Ketu (dispositers of Pluto) were transiting across the ascendant, and Rahu was conjunct natal Mars in the 7th house, and the U.S. .was in its Scorpio rashi dasha (KNR). The eclipses of 2001 also told the story of 9/11. The sub-prime crisis (2007-2010) occurred while Pluto transited across the U.S. Kelleher chart ascendant. It began in 2006 as Pluto (ruler of money and terrorism) transited the Kali Zone in the Galactic Center (where the battle is most pronounced between the forces of light and dark/also indicating the beginning of a new era). Both events you are asking about occurred during the Moon mahadasha (Vimshottari). Moon is ruler of the malefic 8th house (national finances, debt, peril to the people, breaks, hidden matters, etc.).

What are your thoughts on Pluto entering Aquarius Jan 20?

Hi-I don’t advocate the use of the tropical system which places Pluto transiting in Aquarius. Using what I believe is the more accurate sidereal zodiac, Pluto will remain in Capricorn until 2040. If you need some suggestions, I can recommend some scholarly books that explain the difference between the tropical and sidereal.
