Thanks for writing and I am glad you enjoyed the article. There are a few very different schools of thought about prescribing ratnas like a yellow sapphire. I am of the belief that we should not recommend a gem for Jupiter for those like you with a Capricorn lagna. That is because it rules the third and twelfth houses which are malefic houses. A graha that rules the 3rd house is a temporal or functional malefic, and the lord of the twelfth is a dusthana (potentially difficult) ruler. I prefer to strengthen those kinds of planets *if they are weak* with herbs, foods, and other kinds of upayas (remedies). The zodiac backdrop does not matter in regard to aspects. The aspects will remain the same no matter if you use the tropical/western or the sidereal/western-or Vedic. So if Mars squares Jupiter in a tropical chart, it will also square it in a Vedic chart by what is called its 4th aspect. Thanks again.
Thank you Juliana! Timely as I started my meditation retreat today🙏🏻
Thank you very much. I appreciate you taking time to share your knowledge with helpful information.

Thank you! I enjoyed learning more about Jupiter, our greater benefic. I have Jupiter
in 9th house in Vedic chart, but in Virgo. I was advised to wear yellow sapphire to strengthen.
Mars squares Jupiter in my tropical (western) chart.
